During this multi-year, phased exterior remodel with accompanying tenant improvements, we helped an aging center transform into an active community hub with a current look. We worked while existing businesses remained open and helped new tenants move into the center situated on a very busy intersection, which meant not only meeting the expectations of the owner and retailers but also keeping the public in mind.
