The Park

This project attracted a lot of community attention. The highly visible site was once occupied by a nursery and is now home to a thriving retail center that’s 100% leased. We served as the lead contractor and worked hand-in-hand with the grocery anchor’s contractor and the owner who has high expectations and an eye for detail. Even though construction started at the beginning of Covid, we worked through all of the challenges and protocols and opened as scheduled.
